What happens once I sign up?
Once you sign up for the Google My Business Management Service, you’ll start your business off right with a professional account manager dedicated to your GMB account. After completing our review process, you will relate to an Account Manager who will review your GMB listing, gather detailed information about your business, and schedule an initial 30-minute call during which they can review their findings and answer questions.
Your Service sounds great, but will I get qualified leads?
We measure the quality of customer interactions with your business (e.g., calls, website visits, and direction requests) using data collected from Google My Business every month. Based on this data, we provide insights such as how many customers had visited your store in each time period and how many calls were placed to your business during each of the hours of a particular day. This service also helps you manage and improve your reputation and promote your brand; both are incredibly beneficial and can improve conversion rates but are more difficult to quantify.
Will your GMB management service help my rankings?
Yes, there are many areas of our Google My Business Management Service that impact your Business Profile’s ability to rank locally. Our service goes beyond rankings, where the primary focus is on increasing your leads from GMB, but our work will also have a positive impact on your rankings through:

Do you charge a setup fee?
Here at Raise the Rank, we do not charge an Up-Front Setup fee! While most agencies will charge a set-up fee for a service like our Google My Business Management Service, that’s not how we roll. We know that in the first month of service, setting up your campaign for success requires more time, planning, and extra hours, but we will not charge you more in the first month. Instead, we provide you with the best service and taking your Business Profile to the next level. We’ve got you!
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you are not required to remain subscribed to this service for a set time frame; however, we highly recommend a minimum of 3 months to really benefit from this service.
If I cancel, will you reverse all the work that’s been done?
No, we don’t reverse our efforts if you decide to cancel. We also won’t lock you out of your accounts when you cancel. We prefer business owners to be the primary owner of their GMB listing and add us as another manager.
