Chuck Magee, Founder & CEO

While the internet was still young Chuck Magee in 1999, while watching the History Channel, formed a revolutionary idea that would lead him into his next successful business adventure: a real estate listing platform. He put his years of business experience to good use in the development and marketing of this new platform.

Understanding the vital role SEO would play in the success or failure of his new real estate listing platform, Chuck dove into the new world of SEO and going after Google rankings. Search engine optimization, or SEO marketing at this point in the history of Google who was still new, and the internet was changing almost daily. Hard work and the desire to learn the new world of SEO drove his new platform, Mississippi-landsource.com, to rank number one on the Google search engine in less than 24 months against other national brands.

With over 125 members of this new platform, mississippilandsource.com, Chuck’s SEO work was starting to get talked about. Real Estate brokers started asking for SEO services for their websites. So, Chuck started freelancing for friends in the real estate industry. This is how doing SEO for others got started for Chuck.

In 2013 Chuck created SSA, Store Share Access, a roofing CRM. Once SSA was starting sales to roofing companies in the United States the word once again got out about Chuck’s SEO skills and internet marketing and roofing company owners started asking for help. Roofers needed help with their own websites just like everyone else. The first thing Chuck noticed was roofers were getting taken advantage of since they did not know about SEO or what an digital agency should really be doing.

What makes Chuck’s SEO different for roofers than other digital agencies, is that Chuck started a roofing company from scratch. Within two years Chuck’s roofing company was Platinum Preferred with Owens Corning, Select Shingle Master with CertainTeed and Master Elite with GAF. Chuck knows what it is like to meet a client, sign a contract, meet an adjuster, build a roof and collect the check.

Vickie Frelich, Director of Marketing

Vickie Frelich was born and raised in Killian, LA. She graduated from Springfield High School and went on to attend Southeastern Louisiana University to further her studies. Vickie later moved to Empire, Louisiana, where she met her husband of 19 years, Fabian, and had one daughter. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends by swimming, fishing, watching football, and outdoor entertaining. Once Hurricane Katrina devastated the area, they decided to relocate to Denham Springs, LA.

After 10 years of banking and some time in the real estate industry, Vickie decided to join the Roof Crafters team as a Project Manager. With this job, she enjoyed helping homeowners by focusing on the details that would help make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. In the 5 years at Roof Crafters, Vickie was able to learn many job duties. She completed the Rodney Webb Sales Training as well as numerous certifications in marketing. From being in the field on location to assisting inside the office, she has gained an extensive amount of knowledge in this industry and what it takes to be a successful roofing company and how to grow.

Vickie then started helping train the team on how to effectively use the CRM software, SSA (Store Share Access). Fully utilizing Social Media platforms was her next agenda and one of her favorites. Raise The Rank decided that with her skills and knowledge, she would be able to help many more roofing companies grow their business. She accepted the offer.

Vickie has been with Raise The Rank since January 2018. She is excited to continue learning, growing her professional skills, and gaining experience in the digital marketing field.

Heather Coker, Creative Design & Platform Specialist

Heather was born and raised in McComb, MS.
She grew up working in and around mississippilandsource.com loading listings as a one of her first jobs. After college Heather became an Administrative Assistant for Roof Crafters. With 6+ years of helping run the back end of the company, she was more than happy when given the opportunity to work with RTR build out its CRM software, SSA (Store Share Access). SSA was built to help run the day to day events within a roofing company. She’s also helped train new salesman, administrators and clients in the functions of Store Share Access. Heather has learned a great deal in design and marketing (and has come a long way) over the years. She is now the Creative Design and Platforms Specialist for Raise The Rank.

Bennett Magee, PPC Specialist

Bennett Magee, our in-house PPC Specialist, has years of first-hand experience with the roofing industry as well as digital marketing. Starting nearly 10 years ago by operating the Equipter debris manager on job sites and then moving into video production for advertisements and client education has given him a unique perspective on the roofing industry. Taking his on-the-ground roofing experience and blending it with his love for technology and technical systems means Bennett is uniquely tailored for his role as our PPC Specialist. Outside of his duties with Raise The Rank, Bennett is also a Field Producer for a nonprofit organization and a licensed pilot. In His free time, he enjoys playing fetch with his two dogs and driving. We hope you have an opportunity to work with Bennett and are excited to have him as a part of our team!

Kymberli McDowell, SEO Content Strategist

Kymberli McDowell currently resides in McComb, Mississippi. She graduated from Parklane Academy High School in 2016. After graduating high school, she entered Southwest Mississippi Community College and received an associates degree while also playing softball there. In 2020, She graduated from Copiah Lincoln Community College with a degree in accounting. Kymberli enjoys spending time with her family, and is super into her health and fitness journey. Believing that if your body is healthy so is your mind. Over the last few years, Kymberli has had positions in management as well as experience working in many fast paced environments. She is new to Raise the Rank but is looking forward to this new journey, and being apart of this team!
